In a statement authored for Geoengineering Watch, Davis writes that he was employed by the EPA for 16 years, and worked for the National Pollution Discharge Elimination Systems (NPDES) Programs Branch of the Water Division in Region 5, located in Chicago, Illinois.
Davis states, “I was terminated as a public servant performing a public service for raising the issues of anthropogenic deposition of aluminum due to atmospheric geoengineering.”
He says that the issue regarding anthropogenic deposition of aluminum due to atmospheric geoengineering first reared its head in May 2013, when another employee from the NPDES Programs Branch sent a general email to everyone regarding “NPDES and Climate Change.” Davis sent a short reply to the email, and six weeks later, he says he received a Letter of Reprimand that accused him of “making false, malicious and unfounded statements against colleagues, supervisors, management and elected public servants.” His own supervisor said his remarks were damaging to both the integrity and the reputation of the agency.
In April 2014, a gag order was placed on Davis after he questioned why fluoride was being disposed of in the Beloit, WI water supply. He was barred from having written or verbal communication with anyone unless his supervisor approved it first. Upper management and Davis’s supervisor contended that the gag order would remain in place to keep him from tarnishing the EPA’s reputation and integrity any further — a rather laughable reason because, as we all know, the EPA doesn’t have much of either.
Davis continued to do his own research on the dangers of geoengineering and other topics and even drafted up emails describing these ill effects and sent them to his supervisor and members of upper-level management within the EPA. They were ignored six times before he got a lackluster response, which Davis says simply “parroted” the agency’s corporate agenda.
In addition to voicing his concerns about the hazardous effects of geoengineering, Davis also spoke out about the addition of noxious chemicals to the public water supply. According to Davis, an industrial hazardous waste byproduct of fluoride known as HFSA is being put into the nation’s drinking water systems. He states that HFSA is sold to water utility companies by the fertilizer and aluminum industries.
HFSA stands for hydrofluosilicic acid, and it is used to fluoridate public water supplies around the country. In 2013, J. William Hirzy, Ph.D., another former EPA scientist, petitioned the EPA to ban the use of HFSA in public water supplies under section 21 of the Toxic Substances Control Act.
In his petition, Hirzy stated, “The action will simultaneously prevent hundreds of cases of lung and bladder cancer through the reduction in the amount of arsenic now being delivered to our citizens who drink water that is fluoridated with hydrofluorosilicic acid (HFSA).”
Hirzy also noted that the agency wouldn’t be interfering with local government’s choosing to fluoridate water by removing HFSA as an option, but that the agency would be mandating the nation’s citizens not be exposed to carcinogenic substances like arsenic. Hirzy also stated that such action would put an end to use of the public water systems in the United States as “extremely profitable hazardous waste disposal sites for the phosphate fertilizer manufacturing industry.”
Davis, like many others, appeared to grow disenchanted with the EPA long before he was fired. He says that the agency merely “wants to continue their cover-up, collusion, and criminality pertaining to pollution and contamination,” which he says is being orchestrated by the multinational corporations that really control the EPA.
According to Davis, the “P” in EPA stands for the “protection of corporate profits,” and not the protection of people, animals and the environment. He says that like all other government agencies, the EPA is “corrupt to the core” and has been completely overtaken by corporations and private interests.
When it comes down to it, the EPA is protecting their keepers, and no one else.

The far more logical, rational explanation is that the cosmos is full of advanced civilizations that need planetary resources, and those civilizations achieve “success” by simply seizing such resources from targeted planets like Earth.
While irrational optimists might wish that aliens would come to Earth with a message of peace, healing and cosmological progressivism, that’s very likely a delusional pipe dream. The far more accurate realization is that Earth needs to pursue planetary defenses and a strategy of multi-planet colonization redundancy for long-term survival and risk reduction.

The EPA, which was essentially weaponized against American businesses, corporations and industries during the Obama administration, has been handed orders by President Donald J. Trump to stop using social media and to end any attempts to sign new contracts.
As reported by Zero Hedge, the administration placed a media blackout on the agency, prohibiting the use of social media or having any contact with the media. Presumably, this means that any EPA official who leaks information to the media – which you know is going to happen – will run foul of the new order. It’s not clear what will happen to violators if they are identified.
Emails that agency chiefs sent to staff since Trump’s inauguration on Friday, which were reviewed by The Associated Press, provided details on specific behaviors that are no longer allowed: The issuing of press releases, blog updates and posts to the EPA’s social media accounts.
On Monday, meanwhile, The Hill, citing multiple reports, said the agency’s grants have been frozen, with agency employees barred even from discussing the matter (which means that the order has already been violated).
The grants fund a number of things including clean-up of toxic sites, the monitoring of air quality, water testing and other functions of the agency that are generally too few and far between to really be of much value. Even when the EPA knew about poor water quality, as was the case in Flint, Michigan, recently, it did nothing to intervene, claiming that the state agency should have done so.
Myron Ebell, who was in charge of the EPA transition for Trump, confirmed the “basics of the freeze” to Pro Publica Monday evening.
“They’re trying to freeze things to make sure nothing happens they don’t want to have happen, so any regulations going forward, contracts, grants, hires, they want to make sure to look at them first,” Ebell said.
It is not clear whether the freeze is indefinite or if it is only a temporary way to sort of slow things down at the agency until Scott Pruitt, Trump’s nominee to run the EPA, is confirmed by the Senate – a process which is taking far longer, thanks to Democratic delays, than it did for President Obama in 2009.
Ebell said that while the current order may be “a little wider” than previous ones, earlier administrations have issued similar instructions.
“Right now we are in a holding pattern. The new EPA administration has asked that all contract and grant awards be temporarily suspended, effective immediately. Until we receive further clarification, this includes task orders and work assignments,” one EPA contracting officer wrote in a message to a storm water management employee, Pro Publica reported.
Whatever the scope of the order, it is consistent with other executive actions that Trump has taken since he was sworn in. He’s also implemented a federal hiring freeze, and has instructed agencies tied to Obamacare to grant wide and generous waivers.
Also, Trump has silenced the EPA’s bogus proclamations on the climate change hoax. The agency was one of the primary tools used by Obama to push through a radical Left-wing environmental agenda that had nothing to do with sound “settled” science, but was really aimed at stifling American businesses and destroying jobs. “The EPA has been a constant purveyor of quack science propaganda pretending to be rooted in facts. ]]>Several species of bees have already been added to the endangered species list. In the fall of 2016, the U.S.Fish and Wildlife Service announced that seven types of yellow-faced bees, native to Hawaii, would be deemed “endangered.” (Related: Stay current with the latest bee headlines at Bees.news)
Research published in the journal Public Library of Science One has linked the metal as a contributing factor to the rapidly descending numbers of bumblebees. The study, lead by the University of Sussex, found that mean aluminum content in bee pupae had a negative impact on bee colonies’ average pupal weight. No other effects were immediately seen. However, the team stated that bees rely heavily on cognitive function to survive and that the high aluminum levels found in the colonies were extremely concerning given that it is a neurotoxic metal. Aluminum has been linked to conditions like Alzheimer’s disease in humans. (Note that aluminum is also one of many toxic metals and ingredients still used in vaccines given to children.)
The scientists said that the amount of aluminum found in the bee pupae was more than enough to cause brain damage in a human. Levels of 13 to 200 parts per million were found among the bee colonies’ pupae. For context, just 3 parts per million is considered to be enough to damage human brain tissue.
Professor Chris Exley, an expert on human exposure to aluminum, from Keele University even posited the question, “[A]re we looking at bees with Alzheimer’s disease?”
Another study, conducted by researchers from the University of Pittsburgh, found that bees were at risk of consuming toxic amounts of aluminum and nickel from flowers that grow in contaminated soil.
One possible avenue for soil to become contaminated with aluminum is through geoengineering. Kristen Meghan, an ex-military whistleblower came forward some time ago about the experiments being conducted. Meghan spent nine years on active duty in the U.S. Air Force in Bio-environmental Engineering. When she first learned of the chemtrail conspiracy, she set out to prove it wrong. But her investigations only led her to believe that the conspiracy was a reality, and that the government really is spraying toxins into the air over our heads. Aluminum barium, strontium oxide, and sulfates were all found in samples of not just soil, but also air and water.
Not too long ago, Dr. Russell Blaylock expressed his concern over the aluminum content of chemtrails. Dr. Blaylock maintains that these nano-sized particles being sprayed via aerosol can be even more harmful to body tissues, due to their increased reactivity and ability to be absorbed into tissue more easily. Blaylock believes that the increased incidence of neurodegenerative diseases, like Alzheimer’s disease, ALS, and dementia, are indeed related to what is being sprayed into our skies. Dr. Blaylock explains, “Nanoparticles of aluminum are not only infinitely more inflammatory, they also easily penetrate the brain by a number of routes, including the blood and olfactory nerves (the smell nerves in the nose).” Studies have even shown that particulate of such a small size can easily pass through the olfactory neural tracts, which connect to part of the brain most vulnerable to being affected by Alzheimer’s.
It stands to reason that if humans are more susceptible to the affects of aerosolized aluminum, something as small as a bee would be especially affected by it. Science has already illustrated that aluminum pollution can have a negative effect on bee’s cognitive abilities — some research has even shown that it out and out causes dementia in them too.

]]>The idea of dropping vaccines from the skies is not new. Since the early 1980s, millions of plastic packets of RABORAL V-RG, a rabies vaccination that is poisonous to humans, have been dropped by “planes and helicopters” into wildlife areas in the United States, most notably in the State of Texas.
Although these rabies aerial vaccinations weren’t directly targeted at men, women and children, the research to do so has been heading in that direction. For example, the goal of a 2007 project entitled ID: 149AZ2 was to prepare a “viral vector” within the human population that would “increase /decrease” the expression of a particular gene.
According to Geoengineering.org, retired neurosurgeon Dr. Russell Blaylock already links the nano aluminum particles found in chemtrails to the increase of neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s. These nano particles are machine like structures “less than 1/30th the width of a human hair.”
In 2013, as reported by IOP.org, researchers at Vanderbilt University used gold nanorods to mimic an F-protein from a respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). They then created a vaccine with this method. Professor James Crowe was the lead author. He remarked that their concept could be used to develop “experimental vaccines for virtually any virus … .”
The use of chemical and/or biological warfare against the American population is not new, as this report from Democracy Now attests. With vaccines becoming a more divisive issue, the idea of vaccination from inhaling nano particles from chemtrails is already past the drawing board. If you’re still breathing air, there may be no way to just say no to vaccinations delivered via those toxic clouds.

]]>Chemtrails have not been quite so dynamic, but are nonetheless very noticeable. It doesn’t matter where you are, that familiar crisscrossing pattern littering otherwise-blue skies seems to be without end.
While the immediate effects of the atomic bomb and chemtrails couldn’t seem to be more different, they do share one thing: government secrecy. When the first atomic bomb was detonated in New Mexico a coverup story was quickly released. Our government lied to its own people, claiming that the massive explosion they’d borne witness to was actually the result of a large ammunition dump exploding in the desert.
Our government and the mainstream media have done a great job of colluding to hide the real motives behind chemtrail spraying too. People who believe chemtrails are real and a danger to us all are painted as total loons who are obsessed with conspiracy theories.
Recently there has been some concession to the existence of chemtrails. NASA recently admitted that these trails are real, but contends that they exist merely to “study the wind patterns.” Sure, that seems legitimate.
There is evidence to suggest that chemtrails are really a method of weather control that the powers-that-be are testing out. Before It’s News reports: “U.S. patent #4,686,605 ‘Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth’s Atmosphere, Ionosphere and/or Magnetosphere’ shows how stratospheric and tropospheric aerosols can be manipulated using electromagnetic energy in order to modify the weather.” A military document from 1996 also outlines a program that would use aerosols (sprayed into the stratosphere using planes) and electromagnetic manipulation to control the weather.
There are a variety of reasons why the government, or anyone else, might want to control the weather. However, the quest for power is really behind any reason one might have for seeking to manipulate weather patterns. In this way, chemtrails and geoengineering are no different than the atomic bomb: both are part of an agenda that seeks more power.
Government lies, secrecy and power are why geoengineering could easily be considered the modern-day Manhattan Project.

]]>Geoengineering has been taking place for quite some time, and it simply cannot compete with the runaway greenhouse effect – geoengineering will do nothing. It will not bring global warming to a grinding halt, as many of its supporters want us to believe. In fact, attempting to manipulate the climate will likely only make things much, much worse.
For example, geoengineering in the form of chemtrails is completely destroying the ozone layer. While extreme drought conditions and acid rain from chemtrail contamination are concerning issues, the depletion of the ozone layer is possibly even more frightening. After all, the ozone layer helps to protect us and the earth from being burnt to a crisp by the sun. Recent metering of UV levels in northern California revealed remarkably high levels of UV radiation were present. According to Geoengineering Watch, testing has revealed that UVB radiation – the most toxic kind – now makes up about 70 percent of the total amount of radiation reaching the surface of our planet from the sun. The World Health Organization has previously reported that UVB rays should make up no more than 5 percent of the total radiation we receive from the sun. Geoengineering Watch also states that this increase in UVB rays denotes an exponential increase in total UV ray exposure.
The effects of more UV rays are easily seen in plants: Excessive exposure can cause plants to stop producing seeds, stunt growth, reduce foliage and even cause plants to die. Aquatic life is also severely impacted by increased UV exposure. Geoengineering is disrupting many facets of our earth and our atmosphere that contribute to our survival. Increased UV ray exposure, atmospheric changes and contamination of our air, water and soil are some of the hazardous effects perpetrated by chemtrails and other types of geoengineering. Geoengineering is also contributing to the unnatural levels of global warming we have begun to see.
So far, June 2015 through May of 2016 was the hottest 12-month period on record, and things are only going to get worse. 2016 is on track to be the hottest year ever recorded, and who knows what will happen after that!
It is obvious these man-made efforts to control the weather are simply not going to work.

]]>The Marcianos are not alone in spreading the message that the entire globe is being sprayed with toxic concoctions. Anonymous has also taken on the cause. In this Anonymous Global Awakening Message for 2016, Wigington describes the inevitability of catastrophic results for life on earth — the potential for the end of life — if this activity doesn’t stop.
What are in these chemtrails? Global Research reports they contain “barium, nano aluminum-coated fiberglass [known as CHAFF], radioactive thorium, cadmium, chromium, nickel, desiccated blood, mold spores, yellow fungal mycotoxins, ethylene dibromide, and polymer fibers.” You read that list correctly. The use of air filters in your homes is more critical than ever, as well as the use of organic foods like chlorella which can assist with detoxification. It is these toxic chemicals and biological agents that, as Wigington explains in the Anonymous video, are creating holes in the protective ozone layer, disrupting the normal hydrological processes of rain, moving the patterns of upper atmospheric currents and creating conditions for more methane release. This means death in the oceans and the boreal forest and, if it’s not stopped, the earth will lose its ability to heal itself. Add to this list the enormous impact these toxic chemicals and biological agents have on human and animal life. What are the synergistic effects when we breath in heavy metals like aluminum and combine that with yellow fungal mycotoxins and desiccated blood? Global Skywatch.com has a long list of chemtrail-related maladies like fatigue, upper respiratory infections, increased heart rate, aneurysms, stroke and cancer. In the Anonymous video, Wigington mentions that today 1 in 3 persons die with — not of — Alzheimer’s.
The control of weather, and the use of weather as a weapon has been clearly described by Air Force publications. Our wondrous earth, just like our own bodies, is built with the complex, intuitive and marvelous ability to regenerate, heal and restore hydrological cycles, ocean currents, forests and fauna. But in order to do that, as with our own physical selves, the chemtrail toxins spewed into the upper atmosphere must stop. This is the Anonymous message. It is a most urgent transmission.

]]>What could they possibly be leaving out? Just all of the geoengineering projects that are creating the very damage they are supposedly intended to prevent.
Carbon dioxide, particularly in the form of methane gas trapped under the earth’s crust, is considered to be the primary antagonist behind global warming. Industrial activities bear the brunt of the blame for the increasing amounts of both carbon dioxide and methane gas.
It is true that the burning of fossil fuels and the factory-farming of animals certainly does not help with carbon concerns. However, neither does spraying sulfur dioxide, aluminum, barium and countless other particles into the atmosphere.
Governments across the globe are actively spraying all kinds of stuff into the air under the guise of using these geoengineering tactics to help slow down climate change. However, what these particles are actually doing is making it worse. These aerosols are, in fact, accelerating the warming process and increasing methane release.
Of course, while the government fills our skies — and our air supply, by the way — with toxic heavy metals and other chemicals, the media essentially blames cows for global warming.
Researchers from the United Kingdom also discovered some even more worrisome side effects of geoengineering recently. Concerns about geoengineering once regarded as “conspiracy theories” are actually quite plausible, according to their data. The researchers admitted that such activities could result in blocking out sunlight, toxin accumulation in soil and increasing ocean pollution.
Geoengineering was also found to shrink the earth’s atmosphere and damage the ozone layer — you know, the thing that protects our planet from being burnt to a crisp. Being that the ozone layer is the planet’s natural climate control element, damage to it and changes in the atmosphere would inherently result in dire environmental circumstances worldwide. Animals would go extinct and large portions of land would become desert.
Mass extinction is already of great concern. Experts say that the earth is currently undergoing its sixth mass extinction cycle, but this time it is being caused by humans. While geoengineering is not solely responsible for the destruction of our planet, it certainly plays an important role.
It is rather ironic that instead of just changing environmental practices, our governments foolishly seem to think that they can just manipulate the weather without consequence and that further polluting our environment will somehow help.

]]>According to Nationalacademies.org, McNutt was also the Chair of an NAS committee in 2015 that made recommendations on “climate intervention technologies,” including carbon sequestration and “albedo-modification techniques.” So it seems incongruous that an individual with such a stellar scientific background would make insipid comments upon notification of the serious legal actions being employed to stop global geoengineering. Here’s a portion of McNutt’s response to Dane Wigington, as reported by Geoengineeringwatch.org:
“Thanks for giving me a laugh. Taking money from people to stop an activity that isn’t happening. Talk about easy money. I knew that the legal profession was hard up, but this is above and beyond. . .”
This type of response is difficult to quantify. Does it come from sheer ignorance? A big fat paycheck? Could a woman of her stature be ignorant of the facts about decades of weather modification, HAARP and the insidious nature of chemtrail toxins floating down to earth? Does she ever look up? Are her children using special filters to help purify the air? Maybe she’s not aware, as reported by Peer.org, of the 2015 gag orders given to the National Weather Service, the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the Department of Commerce that muzzles “any revelations about agency planning and the rationale for planned actions.”
As the newly named President of the National Academy of Sciences, McNutt proclaimed in Science Magazine that she was proud to lead the NAS because it represented “the highest standards of scientific honesty, quality, and integrity.” How can that be true, if she’s blind to the destruction of our environment? Then again, the National Academy of Sciences, as nasonline.org reports, recently teamed up with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, along with the Foundation for Food and Agriculture Research (FFAR) to give away $100,000 to someone who can “improve the global food system.” And when the money is provided by Bill Gates, we’re not talking about supporting healthy organic foods or agroecology, So if the NAS has sipped the GMO Kool-Aid, why wouldn’t they be oblivious to chemtrail devastation?
Geoengineeringwatch.org’s leader, Dane Wigington, responded to McNutt’s first email, and thanked her for her clarity. As reported on Geoengineeringwatch.org, McNutt replied that she was not aware of anyone “conducting albedo modification.” Subsequently, after Wigington unloaded his treasure trove of climate engineering data, McNutt responded a second time saying, in part, that she “was not aware of any credible scientific evidence of such activity.”
The woman who made these comments is the new President of the National Academy of Sciences. That speaks volumes about the perversion of scientific integrity and the covert means to keep the truth hidden. Dane Wigington suggests activists contact her directly, either by email ([email protected]) or phone (202 334 2101) or by letter to 500 Fifth Street, NW Washington, DC 20001. Let your voice be heard!
